It was a cold winters night when I created my first blog, on a system far away on a distant URL. Poetry was calling to me and I wrote the words that flew inside my brain, determined to make a home. The poems grew to maturity, then outgrew their shells. Evolving into short stories, fanfiction, letters, and more, so much more than even you can imagine. My blog post was born as a story documenting those weeks where my hand ached and fingers bled, where words grew to mean more to me than air or food. For with these things we can survive, but it is through words that we live. However disaster soon struck in a freak storm that sent my words and messages tumbling to the ground. The web page that I had grown to think of as my own had been abducted by a monster of horrifying strength and destruction. Pounded to shreds, my pictures and memories lay in ruins, and never again could I redeem my once sacred memories from the discarded mangled pile they now lay in.
And now in English, the first site I developed my blog on crashed and has been shut now for over a year. I thought it time to build a replacement. My first blog was more like a diary, but this one shall be greater than all those which came before it. Sorry, I'm slipping back into the strange way of talking again. I do have another blog in a site called wordpress, but its personal and I don't like it much because you cant change your page really. That's it really. I did a search for the best blog hosting site and blogger came up most so I chose you. So far it's turned out awesomely, as I'm sure you'll agree.
